How do you schedule appointments?

Communication is the key.
If it's just you making appointments~
Take the time to discuss these items and then
add scripts and dialog for clear communication
Missed appointments = costs money
A good appointment system = makes money
What will you "give away" this season?
Renew your focus to "give" your BEST;
customer service, greetings, attitude, comfort, convenience, excellent work, advise, take home care, appointment times and salon atmosphere

Showing Love to other stylists~
be kind, Greet them, ask what's going on, offer to help, do something together (go out, work at a charity event or just have fun) Give them compliments, compliment their work, bring in lunch /treats, offer to "Do" their hair and pamper them, do your best work, go to classes/read customer service and product knowledge materials, share your knowledge, keep the salon clean, communicate openly/have regular staff meetings..................................................................

Hosts' responsibilities are to;
Invite guests, provide a clean & neat area, greet and welcome them, offer conveniences like coat, seating, food & drinks, restrooms, entertainment/game to view
They practice, suit up and give their best each & every play, they cheer each other on, work together and support each other too
Praise good plays and give direction for improvement and lay out a strategy for grow
Provide the passion, they cheer, praise and clap for their team, they wear team colors and wave flags to show support
