Greeting takes place at the entrance point; with a greeting offer help and services, ask, listen and provide solutions, include a "thank you" and an invitation back!
Remember that a "Delay of game" will cost you! so Be in the batters/Greeting Box!

Consultation; Ask, Repeat, show and offer solutions~ back to POS for retail? OR begin service?
Second Base is at the chair~continue the consultation plan from First, ask, clarify and navigate the service.
Use some "Lead off" questions that;
A. Teach about products during all steps in the service including, shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioners, wet styling, dry styling and cocktailing products.
B. Suggest sales, deals and specials for products, also during service!
Round third base before heading home by;
Finishing the service asking about satisfaction, recommend-additional services, return visits and products for support and be ready to slide in at home!
Score at Home POS;
A. Have business cards, products, calender and coupons readily available.
B. Close with a compliment, thank you and an invitation to come back~every time!
