Company policy should be based on this but WHO's Momma?
Is the customer the one to make happy? I worked in a school that when the students became the customer, it didn't take long and they were running the school. I've been told many times happy guests make happy stylists, happy managers and a happy company.
I do NOT agree with this thinking! of all the people that come and go Momma lives here! There are businesses that get it~ like the Container store and Google, for instance. They get that "Momma" sets the tone and atmosphere, cleans, does the background work, cares and nurtures the whole business (salon/school). My philosophy is simple the ones who do the work are the ones you "work" at keeping happy because if they are happy everybody will be happy, the atmosphere will be open and welcoming, the business will naturally Grow!
